This is a belt that we had developed for a small spring tempering furnace. The side flights attached directly to the sides of the belt stop work from rolling of the belt and being left in the furnace to cause blockages.

This design of belt can be supplied in various types of weave, from Cored Weave 1, shown here, up to Cored Weave 4, which is much more dense, ideal for treating very small components (needles, rivets, etc..).
