This Furnace was supplied for tempering large amounts of Medium Carbon Steel components. The operating temperature was around 4000c, and two circulation fans ensure uniformity throughout the furnace. This tempering furnace was added to an existing conveyor furnace line, and is fed directly from the quench tank of the hardening process. Components are packed for shipment straight from the exit of this conveyor. |
