Box Tempering Furnace |

This box furnace is used for tempering batches of components after they have been forged and re-heated. It is heated by electric sheathed wire elements, and has a fan in the back wall to circulate the air.
The load is placed into a segmented work jig that rolls on wheels. The jig can then be manoeuvred into the furnace where it is heated for 2 hours. |
