Sealed Quench Furnace for Export to Saudi Arabia |
Box furnaces are used for treating batches of components. The size and shape of a box furnace will largely depend on what type of component you're heating, how many of them per batch, and what heating cycle you require. The furnace will have a door on one or more sides, and may have a retort to contain a controlled atmosphere. Depending on the temperature and the type of heating required, it may need to have a circulation fan to distribute the heat evenly, especially at low temperatures. We have built box furnaces for a great deal of applications. Temperatures can range from 1000c to 14000c, either with controlled atmosphere (more common the higher the temperature) or just air. The lowest cost box furnace can start from around £7000-00, and prices tend to rise with complexity and temperature requirement.
Common Processes Include: -
Tempering Billet Heating Annealing Hardening Pre-Heating Stress Relieving Brazing Nitriding And Many More...
Some of the processes will need other equipment to compliment the Box Furnace. |
