This set of Crucible type salt baths were designed and built for a laboratory in the middle east. They had different material specifications for different temperatures and salts, with crucible materials ranging from mild steel to high grade nickel-chrome.

These salt baths were conduction heated. The salt pot is housed within a circular semi-embedded element tube, which has a temperature control range of 150⁰c to 900⁰c.
