Billet Heating Furnace

The larger round section is the heating chamber that melts the billets. The molten alloy then runs down, and out through the spout, into a vat of molten zinc. The smaller section of the unit is the loading and preheat section. The billet is loaded into this and when the chamber is ready, it is pushed into the heated area. The unit has the control panel built into the stand and simply needs to be plugged and turned on to run.
