This furnace installation was designed for hydrogen brazing small assemblies.

The load was positioned onto the open bell chamber. The retort would then be lowered into position and the bases rotated to place it under the furnace chamber (currently seen in down position). The element chamber would then heat this load, as the next chamber is unloaded and reloaded, and so on.
