This bell furnace installation was supplied for hydrogen brazing of cutting edges into drilling heads.

The installation has two bases, one heating chamber and a parking base. The heating chamber is placed over whichever base needs to be processed, while the other base is available for loading and unloading.

The process is controlled by a Eurotherm 900EPC and uses pneumatically operated valves to control the hydrogen flow, thus ensuring that there are no possibility of ignition sources.
